I did not receive an order confirmation:
Check if it ended up in the spam folder. If you haven't received the order confirmation the day after a purchase, you can contact us at hello@wowbrow.com.
Can I change the address or other information for my order?
Send us a message at hello@wowbrow.com with your ordernumber, and we'll see if it's possible. Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed, it's not possible.
I want to add a product to my order. How do I do that?
Unfortunately, we can't add a product to an existing order.
I received a faulty product:
Oh no! We're very sorry! Please send us an email at hello@wowbrow.com with a description of the issue and include a photo or video showing the problem with the product.
If you purchased your product in store and received a faulty item, please follow the respective retailer's complaint procedure.
Can I cancel my order?
Send us a message as quickly as possible at hello@wowbrow.com, and we'll check. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to return it.
I want to return my order:
You can, of course, return your order! You'll find all the information on how to do so here. Please note that the product must be returned in its unopened packaging for us to accept the return.
I received the wrong product, or an item is missing from my order. What should I do?
We're sorry that you received the wrong product or that something is missing. Send an email at hello@wowbrow.com, and we'll assist you.

How long is the delivery time?
Our delivery time is 2–7 business days for standard shipping.
What is the limit for free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Sweden and Norway. Shipping costs for other countries will be displayed in your cart.
Do I have to pay custom and duties?
Custom and duties are included in the total at checkout.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Europe: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands & Belgium.
Unfortunately we do not ship to any other countries at the moment.

Can I use Brow & Lash Serum if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many lash serums contain prostaglandins – an ingredient pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid. WOWBROW Brow & Lash Serum does not contain this ingredient, and the ingredients in our serum are considered safe for use. None of the ingredients are known to be harmful when used topically, but if you're unsure or have sensitive skin, we recommend to consult with a doctor before use.
